Diet Day #68


Here`s my diet for the day...

1. Breakfast:
- 2 Servings of scrambled eggs (with milk)
- Ketchup (I love it!)
- A handful of sliced strawberries
- 1 Activia Yogurt (vanilla)

2. Snacks:
- Fruit salad (blueberries/raspberries/blackberries/strawberries)

3. Lunch:
- Homemade salad (tomatoes, lettuce, croutons, dressing, parmesian cheese, mushrooms, corn)
- Homemade coffee (with cream)

4. On the Go:
- Yogurt popsicle (all natural and 100 calories)

5. Dinner:
- Turkey
- Mashed potatoes
- Asian salad

NO DESSERT TODAY (I was so full from the big dinner!) But I guess that will only help my eating habits!
