- Herbal (gree (with 0 calorie "MIO" water enhancer)
- Fruit Source bar (2 servings of fruit)
4. On the Go:
- sliced pineapple
- Leftover white rice
- Left over meat loaf (1 piece)
- A glass of coca-cola (zero)
- Strawberry Sorbet (100 calories per serving)
