Here`s my diet for the day...
- 2 "sunny side up" eggs
- Glass of orange juice
- Handful of blueberries and raspberries
- Starbucks "vanilla bean frappachino"
- Leftover asian noodles
- Leftover shrimp (5 pieces)
- Herbal (green) tea
- Fruit Source bar (2 servings of fruit)
4. On the Go:
- special k "granola bar" (with fruit pieces)
- White rice
- Meat loaf (1 piece)
- Gravy (low-fat)
- Handful of almonds and chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
