- 1% milk (2 servings)
- Handful of blackberries
- Handful of blueberries
- Chewy granola bar (chocolate chip) (90 calories)
- Plain bagel
- With cream cheese (low fat 95%)
- Starbucks french vanilla bean frappachino
- Fruit Source bar (2 servings of fruit)
4. On the Go:
- Handful of almonds and semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Shrimp (10 pieces)
- Shrimp sauce (low fat
- Asian noodles
- Green tea (with lemon slice)
- Skinny Cow "ice cream sandwich"
