Here`s my diet for the day...
- Honey Bunches of Oats (cereal)
- 1% milk
- Handful of blueberries
- Vector "energy" granola bar
- Toasted bagel (plain, low fat)
- Low fat cream cheese spread (regular)
- Starbucks "Caramel Mocha Frappachino"
- Wheat-Thins "crackers"
4. On the Go:
- Fruit Salad (mangoes, berries, etc...)
- Shepard`s Pie (my favorite!)
- Baby tomatoes
- Glass of milk (1%)
- Handful of almonds with semi-sweet chocolate chips (yummy!)
