Here`s my diet for the day...
- Honey Nut Cheerios (multi-grain flavour)
- 1% milk
- Handful of blackberries
- Starfruit (first time trying it!)
- Sitr fry
- White rice
- Soya sauce
- Herbal tea (green tea)
4. On the Go:
- Handful of blueberries (yummy - my fav!)
- Orange juice
- Breaded chicken (homemade)
- Oreos (4 cookies)
Also, just to let you all know, I made two "diet days" because I didnt have a chance to make one yesturday!
