Here`s my diet for the day...
- Vector cereal (meal replacement)
- 1% milk
- Handful of blueberries
- Handful of blackberries (if you haven`t noticed, I LOVE fruit)
- Leftover macaroni and cheese (from last night)
- Herbal tea (with acai berries)
4. On the Go:
- Special K`s "granola bar"
- Water with lemon slice
- Soya sauce
- Chicken Nuggets
- White Rice
- Clementines (3)
