Diet Day #53


Here`s my diet for the day...

1. Breakfast:
- Honey Nut Cheerios (banana nut flavour)
- 1% milk
- Handful of raspberries

2. Snack:
- Handful of blueberries (yum, my favorite!)

3. Lunch:
- Leftover tuna
- White rice
- Soya sauce
- Herbal tea

4. On the Go:
- Special K`s "granola bar"

5. Dinner:
- Water with lemon slice
- Baby carrots
- Chicken breast
- Mashed potatoes

6. Snacks:
- Mangos (1)

BTW - the reason why I posted two Diet Day posts are because the last two days, LUUUX has been too busy and there apparently too many people online at the same time, so it wouldnt even let me on the website!
