Diet Day #50


Here`s my diet for the day...

1. Breakfast:
- Scrambled eggs (2 eggs)
- Ketchup (mhm, my favorite!)
- Orange juice
- Handful of raspberries

2. Lunch:
- Yogurt
- Carrots and cucumbers
- Peanut butter sandwhich (whole wheat bread)

3. On the Go:
- Handful of raspberries

4. Dinner:
- Burito (ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, salsa, whole wheat bread)
- Water with a slice of lemon on the side
- Melons

5. Snacks:
- Strawberry milkshake (homemade with the blender).

Wow, would you look at that! I`m finally on day 50. The big 5-0. I can`t believe how far I have gone, and I would like to say thanks to all you guys out there for giving me support.
