Diet Day #49


Here`s my diet for the day...

1. Breakfast:
- Vector cereal
- 1% milk
- A banana

2. Lunch:
- Strawberry yogurt
- Herbal tea
- Ham sandwhich (w/ cheese, mayo and lettuce)

3. On the Go:
- "Fruit Source" bar

4. Dinner:
- Smoked Salmon
- White rice w/ soya sauce
- Fruit Smoothe (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)

5. Snacks:
- Yogurt "fruit tubes"
- Handful of raspberries

I can`t believe how far I have gone with this food diary! I find that I have accomplished alot and I hope to continue with this! :)
