Diet Day #47


Here`s my diet for the day...

1. Breakfast:
- Egg Omlette (plain)
- 1% milk
- Handful of strawberries

2. Lunch:
- Greek Salad (croutons and dressings included)
- Herbal Tea (roobios leaves)
- An apple

3. On the Go:
- Kellogg`s "granola bar" (100 calories)

4. Dinner:
- Pasta salad (mayo, potatoes, cheese)
- Chicken legs

5. Snacks:
- Mangos (2)
- Rice krispies squares (1)

I really love Rice krispies, and they have been my favorite ever since I was a kid. I love these because they fill my sweet tooth but are still healthier than most treats!
