Diet Day #47


Here`s my diet for the day...

1. Breakfast:
- Fruit milkshake (1% milk, strawberries, bananas)
- Toast w/ butter (1 teaspoon full)
- Handful of almonds

2. Lunch:
- Herbal tea
- Greek salad (with croutons and salad dressing)
- An apple (macintosh)

3. On the Go:
- Fruit salad (bananas, blueberries, raspberries - one serving)
- Special K (granola bar)

4. Dinner:
- Homemade lasagna (pasta, sauce, cheese, vegetarian meat)
- Water with lemon slice

5. Snacks:
- Skittles candy (one package)

Okay, okay, so I know that I had a KIT-KAT yesturday, and I am having some Skittles today, but I mean I haven`t had candy or chocolate in SOOOO long, I felt like today I needed some, so I got some :)
