Diet Day #46


Here`s my diet for the day...

1. Breakfast:
- Scrambled eggs (2 eggs w/ 1% milk)
- Glass of Orange Juice
- Handful of raspberries

2. Lunch:
- Grilled cheese sandwhich (two slices of bread, cheese, tomatoes)
- Herbal tea
- Tim Horton`s coffee

3. On the Go:
- Apple Cinnamon "granola bar"

4. Dinner:
- Mashed potatoes
- Handful of baby carrots
- Marinated Chicken breast
- Water with lemon slice

5. Snacks:
- Kit Kat "singles" chocolate bar

OMG I love Kit Kats, so when I was in the store the other day, I had to get it and splurge a bit. So yeah, it was delicious :)
