Here`s my diet for the day...
- Special K`s "strawberry" cereal
- 1% milk
- Handful of *real* strawberries
- White rice
- Handful of corn
- Roast beef (with thai sauce)
- Iced Cappachino from timmie`s
3. On the Go:
- Special K`s "granola bar"
- Greek Salad (with croutons and dressing)
- Herbal Tea
- Handful of almonds
- Werther`s "Original" candies (3 candies)
