Diet Day #44


Here`s my diet for the day...

1. Breakfast:
- Honey Bunches of Oats (one serving)
- 1% milk (1 cup)
- Handful of Pineapples (sliced)

2. Lunch:
- Pita sandwich (tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, meat, mayo, etc...)
- Herbal Tea
- Sliced oranges (one serving)

3. On the Go
- Special K`s "granola bar 100 calories"

4. Dinner:
- Mashed potatoes
- Gravy (mhmm!)
- Baby tomatoes (one serving)
- Roast beef (one serving)

5. Snacks:
- Kinder`s "chocolate bar" (bueno)

I couldn`t resist! The Kinder chocolate bar is so LIGHT and CREAMY, with a cripsy shell inside, it`s was too tempting when I was grocery shopping and I saw it in front!
