Diet Day #43


Heres my diet for the day...

1. Breakfast:
- Honey Nut Cheerios (banana nut flavour)
- Skim Milk (low-fat)
- Handful of raspberries

2. Lunch:
- Homemade Pizza (thin, whole wheat crust, veggies, tomato sauce, ham)
- Herbal Tea (my daily indulgence!)
- 1 fruit tart

3. On the Go:
- Cheese and Crackers

4. Dinner:
- Mashed sweet potatoes
- Handful of baby carrots
- Water with lemon slice
- Roast Beef

5. Snacks:
- Pineapples in sweet syrup (from the can)
