Diet Day #42


Here`s my diet for the day...

1. Breakfast:
- quaker`s "instant oatmeal" (apple and cinnamon flavour)
- 1% milk
- orange juice (no pulp)

2. Lunch:
- sliced pineapple
- greek salad (with croutons and dressing)
- herbal tea

3. On the Go
- cherry strawberry yogurt shake

4. Dinner:
- whole wheat spagetti (with meat sauce LOW FAT)
- water with lemon slice

5. Snacks:
- almonds (handful)
- blueberries (handful)

I also just realized that I have gone over 40 days with this plan, and I`m really proud of myself because I have gone so far with this!
