Diet Day #41


Here`s my diet for the day...

1. Breakfast:
- two sunny-side up eggs (with yolk and seasonings)
- ketchup (because I love it!)
- handful of raspberries (red)

2. Lunch:
- grilled cheese sandwich (with tomatoes)
- herbal tea
- 1 full mango (cut in halves)

3. On the Go:
- a red apple

4. Dinner:
- soup (spaqetti, veggies, roast beef etc...)
- water with lemon slice (for flavour)

5. Snacks:
- skinny cow "ice cream bar" (AGAIN!)

Somebody actually commented on my last DIET-DAY post, and they said "mhm, that skinny cow looks so good" and they just gave me a sudden craving for it, so I had to have it again! Delicious! :)
