Diet Day #39


Here`s my diet for the day...

1. Breakfast:

- two sunny-side up eggs
- one glass of orange juice
- piece of toast (and a slab of butter)

2. Lunch:

- vegetable salad (tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, etc...)
- herbal tea (one serving)
- an apple (red)

3. On the Go:

- special k`s "granola bar" (with fruit)

4. Dinner:

- mashed potatoes
- handful of baby-carrots
- roast beef
- water with lemon slice

5. Snacks:

- fruit salad (left over from the day before)
