Here`s my diet for the day...
- "Special K" cereal (Strawberry Flavour)
- 1% Milk
- Handful of REAL strawberries
- Greek Salad (w/ dressing and croutons)
- Herbal Tea
- Red apple
3. On the Go:
- Handful of almonds w/ some semi-sweet chocolatechips
- Chicken Nuggets (store-bought)
- Pasta (no sauce)
- Fruit Salad (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, kiwis, peaches, pitted cherries, etc...)
