Diet Day #37


Here`s my diet for the day...

1. Breakfast:

- quaker`s instant oatmeal (apple and cinnamon)
- one glass of 1% milk
- handful of sliced apples (total of one apple)

2. Lunch:

- handful of grapes (green)
- noodles
- shrimp

3. On the Go:

- quaker`s granola bar (oatmeal)

4. Dinner:

- greek salad (with dressings and croutons)
- a small bit of mashed potatoes
- water with slice of lemon

5. Snacks:

- gummy worms

I LOVE LOVE LOVE gummies and candies, so when I went out to Bulk Barn with a friend, how could I possibly resist?
