Diet Day #36


Here`s my diet for the day...

1. Breakfast:

- egg salad sandwich (2 slices of bread)
- ketchup (because I love it!)
- herbal tea

2. Lunch:

- greek salad (with dressing)
- handful of raspberries
- herbal tea (again?!?! man, I love tea!)

3. On the Go:

- thinsations "oreo" cookies/snacks

4. Dinner:

-leftover lasagna (meat, cheese, pasta)
- water with lemon
- tomatoes (baby ones, LOL)

5. Snacks:

- skinny cow "caramel cones"
