Diet Day #35


Here`s my diet for the day...

1. Breakfast:

- scrambled eggs (2-3 eggs)
- orange juice
- handful of grapes (seedless, red grapes)

2. Lunch:

- greek salad (with greek dressing)
- tim horton`s herbal tea
- crackers (with herbal seasoning)

3. On the Go:

- handful of raspberries
- yogurt

4. Dinner:

- chicken strips
- handful of peas
- 1% milk (one glass)
- 5-minute rice

5. Snacks:

- popcorn

Okay, okay, MOVIE NIGHT yet again, so How could I resist? I needed to fullfull my craving, so I couldn`t pass up one of my favorite all-time snacks... Popcorn! :)
