Diet Day #34


Here`s my diet for the day...

1. Breakfast:

- one piece of toast with a bit of butter
- sliced watermelon (one bowl full)
- glass of 1% milk

2. Lunch:

- herbal tea (green w/ acai berries)
- grilled cheese sandwhich w/ tomatoes (1 serving)
- handful of raspberries

3. On the Go:

- chewy granola bar

4. Dinner:

- lasagna (meat, cheese, pasta)
- glass of orange juice

5. Snacks:

- oreo icecream bar
