Here`s my diet for the day...
- Honey Nut Cheerios (banana-nut flavour)
- Skim milk
- Handful of raspberries
- Home-made wrap (tomatoes, cheese, ham, cucumbers, mayo)
- Herbal Tea
- A banana
3. On the Go:
- Special K granola bar
- A BIG piece of chocolate cake
Okay, okay, I kind of splurged on the cake! It was my sister`s birthday (HAPPY BIRTHDAY :P), and well I couldn`t resist. I mean, you HAVE to have a birthday cake when it`s a family`s birthday!
