Diet Day #30


Here`s my diet for the day...

1. Breakfast:

- scrambled eggs (a total of 2 eggs)
- ketchup
- orange juice

2. Lunch:

- instant oatmeal (apple and cinnamon flavour)
- handful of grapes
- herbal tea

3. On the Go:

- special k granola bar (delicious!)

4. Dinner:

- mashed sweet potatoes
- roast beef (small piece)
- handful of baby carrots

5. Snacks:

- low-fat popcorn (one bowl)

Yes, you probably guessed it --> it was movie night! So how could I resist a little bit of popcorn?
