Here`s my diet for the day...
- scrambled eggs (2 eggs and some 1% milk)
- home made coffee (from tim-hortons)
- ketchup (for flavour for the eggs)
- small pita wrap (tomatoes, ham, cheese, cucumbers, lettuce, onions, mayo)
- handful of raspberries
- herbal tea
3. On the Go:
- one apple
- greek salad (with croutons)
- water with lemon slice
- skinny cow (100 calories) icecream bar
