Here`s my diet for the day...
- two sunny-side up eggs (delicious!)
- orange juice
- fresh handful of raspberries
- egg salad sandwich (2 slices of bread)
- handful of cherries
- water with lemon slice
- roast beef
- corn on the cob
- 5 minute rice
- vegetable tray
- skinny cow 100 calorie icecream
