Diet Day #20


Here`s my diet for the day...

1. Breakfast

- Honey Nut Cheerios (Original Flavour)
- 1% Milk
- Fresh raspberries

2. Lunch

- Tim Hortons "Egg Sandwich"
- Espresso Coffee (no sugar)
- Cookie (small sized)

3. Dinner

- Sushi (8 pieces)
- Rice with beef pieces
- Water with a hint of Zesty Lemon

4. Snacks

- Low-Cal (non-buttery) popcorn

I had popcorn because it was movie night!
