Diet Day 2: Meals and Calories Intake

Yesterday I didnt get the oppurtunity to post my diet day 2 stats. I did much better than I did on the first day and even got 45min of walking in

Heres what I had:

Breakfast: Honey Nut Cheerioes and Fruit Salad

Lunch: 2 Cups of Salad 1/4 Cup of Shredded Cheedar 2oz of chopped Honey Ham 2TBSP of Hatville Ranch

Snack: Dannon Light and Fit Cherry Yogurt 10 Raspberries and 10 Blackberries

Dinner: Not pictured ChickFilA 3pc Chicken Tenders and Medium Chicken Noodle Soup

I only drink water on my diet...

Calories Intake: 1385
Carbs 155
Fat 52
Protein 71
