Today was second diet day and am not sure if I could agree with my inner self about how (un)succesful was. You can judge yourself!
* Breackfast: toast with tomato slices and salt, a glass of light milk with sweetener.
* Meal: a salad (tomatoes, cucumber, some sweet corn, a can of tuna) and a slice of melon.
* Dinner: some pieces of chicken meat balls (albóndigas), a peach and a small piece of bread.
The bread wasn`t on the diet but I was a little anxious today and I didn`t eat much in the meal. What do you guys do when you start a diet and feel anxious about "forbidden" food?
I will try to make some lemonade tomorrow to fill my stomach, I guess...
