Diet Day #11


Heres my diet for the day...

1. Breakfast

- Honey Nut Cheerios
- Milk
- Handful of Strawberries

2. Lunch

- Hazelnut Spread Sandwich (two slices of whole grain bread)
- Water

3. Dinner

-Roast Beef
- Weight Watchers Rice
- Diet Sprite


- Blueberries
- Red Grapes

I know, I know, I cheated a bit during lunch by eating Nutella, but oh, well... We all do it! :)
