Hey LUUUXERS! :)
Heres my diet for the day...
- Honey bunches of oats
- 1% milk
- small cup of fruit salad (strawberries, blue berries, melons, etc...)
- Wrap sandwich (1)
- Tim Hortons hot chocolate
- Brown Rice
- fruit salad (again, LOL!)
I also exercised for about 2 ½ hours! So I definitely got my exercise!
