Diet Day 1: Meals and Calories Intake

I started my diet today I prefer to call it a lifestyle change as I hope to adopt these changes into my everyday lifestyle.

For the first time today I used myFitnessPal to log my foods and watch my caloriees.

All in all I felt I did good for what I had.

Breakfast: Honey Nut Cheerios and a large Banana

Lunch: Light and Fit Cherry Yogurt 6 Blackberry 6 Raspberrys 2oz of Sharp Cheddar Cheese and 2 Slices of Rotissirie Turkey

Dinner: 2 Cups of Pasta Salad

Snack: 1 Cup of Fruit Salad

Water Consumption 8 glasses and 4 Wylers Lemonade To Go Packs

My daily calories allowance on MyFitnessPal is 1730 I consumed 1586

My daily carb allowance on MyFitnessPal is 238 I consumed 179

Both those I did really good on and was under

I was over on my grams of fat I`m allowed 58 and consumed 81 I was over by 23!

I was also over on my protein Im allowed 65g I had 69

All in all I felt I had a successful first day and I learned to keep a closer eye on my fats. We will see how tomorrow goes.
