Thank you for helping us by reporting bad content.
Yesterday was my first day on diet. Finally.
And here is my daily track of what I ate:
* Breackfast: a toast with butter and light milk with sweetener.
* Meal: Boiled french beans with a little oil/vinager, some pieces of chicken meat balls (Albóndigas) and a slice of melon.
* Dinner: tomatoes and cucumber just with a little salt. A peach.
So that`s it. I wasn`t hungry, I guess I ate more than enough.
Let`s hope I can see results "soon". My jeans are waiting for me and I have a trip in Sept 23rd. So that`s my deadline.
