Hi there luuuxers!
This was my lunch yesterday... i`m commited to a healthy diet and i`m doing some efforts to keep it with some discipline.
This turkey hamburger was boiled, instead of frying it as usual.
But i`ve been reading a lot of girls saying that we should eat bellow the calories that we actually need... in order to loose some weight. I`m not sure how to do that...
For instance, in this dish, should I take off the meat and pasta? I have no idea what i`m doing... lol
i think if i only eat salads i`ll get sick too soon and give up. :(
Do you have any advice for me?
