I`ve noticed that the heat is comming and people start to post a lot of "diet" posts.
Yes, i won`t deny. I`m on a diet too... but just to be healthy (since i have some familiars with diabetes disease). I can`t go crazy and eliminate meat or like that "gluten free" trend.
I eat everything but in small doses... and always more fish than meat.
Although it`s a moderate diet, i`ve lost 1,4kg in one week and half. Slowly i can become healthier and lose weight, without being frustrated because of food restrictions.
These pictures show what i usually eat... oatmeals for breakfast, hake fish with spinach puree for lunch, tea and 2 cookies for the afternoon and salad for dinner.
