When I was younger I was enrolled in ballet. I`m thinking when I have kids should I enroll them as well. I think it`s a great form of exercise. You have to have a lot of discipline too. The teachers or at least my teacher back then was so strict. But it was still enjoyable to do. I stopped in my early teens to pursue other sports. But I`ve always wondered what if I continued.
Have you ever done ballet before? Do you think it`s a good exercise for kids? (I heard rumors, that it stunts your growth?!)
