Deviled Eggs for Easter!!

I honestly did not know that it was Easter last Sunday!! I found out like the afternoon of the day. So I quickly made my boyfriend an Easter card and decided that I should make him deviled eggs! Perfect for Easter, I thought.

Since making deviled eggs was a spontaneous idea, I did not have all the ingredients ready. So I went to the store and bought a small jar of mayo and paprika.

First, I boiled a dozen eggs. I took apart their shells after they were ready and had cooled down. Then I gently rinsed them under running water to get rid of any bits of shells leftover. Then I dried them with a paper towel. Then I plucked out their yolk and mashed them with a fork. Then I added mayo, dijon mustard, salt and pepper, and hot sauce. Then I put the outcome in a piping bag and piped them into the egg whites. Then I sprinkled paprika over them :)

They turned out very delicious!! I was so happy. My cooking usually turns out disastrous!
