After a weekend full of fun in the sun in Las Vegas with my girl friends, coming back home and getting back to real life is definitely rough. I tried to keep my food options as healthy as possible on vacation, but we all know there are a few times where we should just let go and give ourselves a treat.
So this week I definitely focusing on detoxing my body, just to fill it back up with good nutrients and get my system running.
greens are definitely the best way to go. I don`t really enjo juice diets because I just love food so much, and juice diets don`t get me full (usually just leaves me tired and angry). So I isuallybjust pack my meals with a bunch of greens to eat instead. That way I get all of the nutrients from the vegetables and I get real meals.
You can mix it up too. Salads don`t have to be boring. Get creative and you`ll enjoy eating raw.
