I know this smoothie looks gross because it`s green but it`s worth trying because you don`t know how much nutrients you`re getting from this!
Lately i`ve been all crazy obsessed with eating healthy and exercising. I found this smoothie recipe on youtube and I thought might as well give it a shot since I`m trying to stay fit. This smoothie has the healthiest ingredients which will keep your body healthy and strong
Ingredients I used
I know it may seem like the weirdest combination to consume but it`s extremely healthy. You don`t have to use the exact recipe I used , you can add different fruits if you want to.
After you blend everything up , stick it in the fridge for about an hour, you can save it for the next couple days. If you have protein powder, you can also add that in there.
