My most favourite dessert in the world is cookies n cream ice cream, it`s my best friend and my worst enemy at the same time LOL the sugar and calories in ice cream is craaazy and definitely not something i should eat everyday. but who needs ice cream when you can have frozen bananas? Yesterday night my sweet tooth went crazy and i was so tempted to eat some ice cream but i decided to find a healthier alternative (pat on the back for me LOL). I found this frozen banana recipe online that sounded delicious! It was super easy as well and required little ingredients. I posted the original recipe below in the source link.

The original recipe uses cinnamon as well but im not a fan of cinnamon so i went without it.
<em><strong>steps to make it:</strong></em>
1. peel the bananas then cover it entirely with a layer of greek yogurt, i just used a spoon to spread it.
2. sprinkle over crushed almonds. i used whole almonds and had to crush them. Use slivered almonds cause they`d make your life easier.
3. put it in the freezer for about 40 min and enjoy :)
I made some for my sister as well and she loved them! These definitely satisfied my sweet tooth. Now im challenging myself to find healthier alternatives for food haha. This was delicious and i`ll definitely be making them again!
