Are you trying to watch your weight? Maybe even loose a few pounds? But ofcourse we all have thoes times before dinner, that were just so hungry, or have cravings for something. I really think this is delish and will cure all your cravings and satisfiy your hunger yet its SO healthy. I know how hard it is to find something yummy that taste good but yet is heatlhy! just take a kiwi, a bannana, and a few strawberrys and cut them up! this can also be a lunch for you if youd like! this is my favorite thing to eat when i get home around 3 and dinner isnit ready till 7! much better then pizza rolls!
