I`ve been addicted to smoothies and juices since I decided to go the gym, work out, eat healthy and live a better life.
So after reading some posts about Spinach smoothie, I decided to try it out, and I was amazed.
First I`ll tell you what I used to make mine:
- 1 Banana
- 5 Strawberries
- 1 full cup of Spinach
- 1/2 can of Coconut Water
I swear, it tastes like sugar. It`s so delicious.
I don`t see reasons not to like this.
1st, it`s cheap, easy and quick to make this. 2nd, you get a lot of nutrients from the spinach and the fruits. 3rd, it`s healthy and delicious. 4th, it fills you up so you can replace a meal. 5td, it makes you feel GREAT!
