Here`s what I ordered at our favorite restaurant in OKC last Saturday, it was a plate of delicious fried Vegetarain Singapore Vermicelli Noodles. I love how they are so generous with the ingredients and this is one of the few restaurants I`ve been to who serves the ratio of vegetables equal to the amount of noodles, SCORE!:) Most of the restaurants that I have been to usually serves their dishes with at least 80% noodles or other form of carbs and probably only 20% of ingredients, which is a total rip off in my opinion. I love it when they don`t skimp on ingredients, I`ll definitely be back again to have this plate of yummylicious vegetarian vermicelli noodles which came with shredded cabages, carrots, snow peas, baby corns, bean sprouts, broccoli and eggs. It was so delicious hubby and I scrapped the entire plate clean :p
