I`m really trying to leave the wheat, especially wheat flour out of my life, but it`s hard, because it is an important ingredient to many delicious dishes.
I don`t even like to use whole grain wheat flour.
So here is my recipe to my delicious pancakes. You won`t recognize that the ingredients are different.
1/4 cup egg whites
1 scoop vanilla protein powder or it can be chocolate or strawberry, any kind of
2 tbs vanilla almond milk or skim
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs ground flaxseed
You only have to mix these things and you can add some fruits, like strawberrys, blueberrys, banana, etc. and cook it in a pan.
Easy, delicious and healthy!
