This is a pot of curry I made for our monthly potluck gathering last week and I was so happy to say that most of my friends love this dish! It was my first time making Assam Curry, which translates as Sour & Spicy Curry and it is a very popular dish in Malaysia :) I simmered some okra, eggplants, plenty of tomatoes and vegan soy fish in the curry. Even my friend who hates okra didn`t mind it in the curry! It is best eaten with a bowl of pipping hot rice, YUMMEH!
