I have been obsessed with this smoothie recipe lately. Its very good for you since all the ingredients are full of vitamins and antioxidants. You also can`t even taste the kale, it smells good and is pretty juicy like. Another good thing about this recipe is that it only contains 4 items!
Heres what you need:
- 1/2-1 cup Kale
- 1 Whole Apple (any kind but i like fuji)
- 1/2-1 cup Blueberries
- 1 Cup of soy milk or almond milk (favored optional)
Take all the ingredients and toss them into a blender. I use the magic bullet so everything fits perfectly into one of the big cups. Blend longer for it to be less pulpy.
