Lara bars are commercially available, healthy, natural, and delicious bars made with unprocessed ingredients. I made these Lara-like bars using dates, almonds, peanut butter, dark chocolate chips, and cocoa powder. I used a food processor to mix and chop the ingredients. Then I used a wax paper lined pan and pressed the mixture into bars. The result was an SUPER EASY, SUPER HEALTHY, and SUPER DELICIOUS snack. It was even better than the bars purchased at the grocery store. There are many web-sites that have different recipes. My Lara-like bars are healthy but unbelievably delicious. I will make these bars again. These bars tasted like the cross between a Snickers candy bar and a Reeses peanut butter cup.
