This is what I had for dinner one day earlier this week. It was a huge colorful and delicious salad! The salad consisted of romaine lettuce, red peppers, red onions, avocado, croutons, asian noodles, and I topped it off with some Italian Tuscan salad dressing. It was such a yummy dinner and I really enjoyed it! And as they say, the more colorful your plate, the healthier it is!
